Specialising in Natural Disaster Restoration Projects, the SHEPHERD Team have a wealth of experience working and reporting within current guidelines to ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and relevant State Authority such as  the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) in Queensland, Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) in Victoria and Transport for New South Wales (TNSW).

  • Establishing collaborative working relationship with Council;
  • Performance and data integrity reporting to Council; and
  • Audit and acquittal of the event (Project Closeout).
